Return Policy

At M & M Pharma, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Since the majority of our products are custom sterile vial preparations and packaged accordingly to our customers there is a no return and no cancellation policy on all sterile vials, stoppers, caps and seals, however all other items such as needles, syringes, non-processed and packaged stoppers, caps and seals have a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. During this period, you can request a return for any reason and we will be happy to assist you.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels must be intact.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at magda@mnmpharmaceuticals.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions to our return policy:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants, cannot be returned.
• Custom products (sterile vials, stoppers or seals) or personalized items are non-returnable.
• Personal care goods, including beauty products, cannot be returned.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
• Specialty items with agreements involving prepaid bulk orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.
