Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping within the USA for all our customers. This means that you can enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges.

Deliveries are scheduled for pick up by the US Post Office and UPS during the hours of 3pm - 6pm from Monday to Friday. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking details so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping

For international orders, we offer shipping on a case-by-case basis. We negotiate shipping rates for each international order to ensure the best possible price for our customers. Whether you choose ocean freight or air freight, we can provide rough estimates based on prior shipments to different locations with a variety of shipping methods.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges, and they are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country.

Checking the Status of Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Kindly note that the US Post Office is the only courier that ships to P.O. Box addresses. If you need your order to be delivered to a P.O. Box, please ensure that you provide the correct address during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
